Wild duck knitting pattern. English and Russian. Knit the body, wings, beak in the round. Knit legs and ears on 2 needles (flat). Size: about 9сm/3,5inch. Please note: this is not a readymade toy. Materials not included. Materials: Needles: a set of 2,5mm double pointed (sock). Crochet hook: 1.5-2mm. Yarn: You will need yarn in green, grey, brown, white, yellow and orange for a multicoloured duck. I used various yarn brands and blends, the key thing is to use yarn of the same thickness approx. 300m/100g. You will need just a bit of each color, and a little more of grey yarn (you can use scrap yarn). You will need 1 or 2 shades of brown yarn for the brown duck. You can also add thin white thread to make the duck look more natural. You can use more natural shade of yellow or orange for the beak. Of course you can use yarn of completely different colors, because ducks are different too!
