Scratches are natural wear marks that occur during wear from the friction between metal components and crystals. 2️⃣ Why does the side of the crystal turn black? When crystals and metal components rub against each other for extended periods, black residue or localized discoloration can occur at the contact points. This can happen with sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, gold, or brass materials. It's a natural physical reaction, not a defect. 3️⃣ Regarding care for 14K gold-filled components: We offer a complimentary replacement service once within six months. For replacements after six months or if you wish for an additional service, a nominal fee of $100 will apply for our "trade-in" repair service! ⚜️ After-Sales Warranty (with Warranty Card) ⚜️ 1️⃣ Within six months of purchase, you are entitled to one complimentary re-stringing, purification, and metal component replacement service. 2️⃣ We provide bracelet repair services. Repair content and fees will be assessed based on the actual condition. 3️⃣ Round-trip shipping costs for any services mentioned above will be borne by the customer. 4️⃣ Please keep your warranty card safe, as these services cannot be rendered without it! ⚜️ About Wrist Measurement and Adjustment ⚜️ 1️⃣ Please measure your wrist at the desired bracelet-wearing position according to your personal preference. Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string to wrap around your wrist. The measurement should be snug but comfortable, allowing for slight movement. Choose the closest whole centimeter measurement. We will craft the bracelet to this size to ensure a comfortable fit that allows the bracelet to gently rotate. 2️⃣ If your wrist size includes a decimal, such as 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm. A 14cm will be more fitted yet still allow rotation, while a 15cm will be looser and more comfortable. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement discrepancies, please note the following: Within 7 days: Upon receiving the bracelet, please notify us within 7 days and send it back for adjustment. There will be no charge for this service. Between 7 and 14 days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing it for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
