• The product listed in this section is a handicraft workshop.
• If you are unable to attend after payment or need to reschedule, please contact us "3 days in advance" to arrange a new course time.
• Course rescheduling is limited to sessions "within 2 months." If you cannot coordinate the time, please choose a refund.
• For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• As the instructor will prepare materials and the venue in advance, "on the day of the class," refunds and postponements are not accepted. No-shows will be considered a forfeiture.
• In case of force majeure (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or if the epidemic command center announces a suspension of work and classes for the day; we will proactively notify all students for that session regarding postponement, transfer, or full refund arrangements.
• To protect the rights of other students, participants who are "15 minutes late" beyond the scheduled time will be considered a forfeiture, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

• To ensure the smooth flow of the class, please refrain from eating during the workshop.
• Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
• During the course, the organizer may conduct photography and B-roll shooting as needed, and upload them to Chuanchuan Handmade Accessories' social media after the class. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event records or other recruitment promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or have B-roll taken, please inform us during the class, and we will pay special attention to this.
