Pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Telecommunications Transactions", products that are "perishable, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire upon termination" fall within the reasonable exceptions referred to in the proviso to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. Since frozen meals have storage concerns that affect food hygiene and cannot be resold, we will only accept return requests if the product is defective, the item is incorrect, or it is thawed or damaged during transportation. Return application: Please take photos as evidence within 2 hours of receiving the goods and contact customer service immediately to arrange subsequent return and exchange processing. Late applications will not be accepted. If you entrust a third party (such as the management office, friend, neighbor, etc.) to collect the goods, the conditions for return and exchange are the same; the company is not responsible for the safekeeping and storage of goods after signing for them.
