Currently residing in Taiwan, she diligently works from her apartment in Taipei, bringing her stamp designs to life. Previously a magazine and book editor at a publishing house, she now focuses exclusively on stamp design. Each season, she unveils new handmade artistic stamps, with eight published collections featuring over 100 distinct designs. Her published books include "A Handmade Life in 12 Hours a Week," "Rubber Stamps, Open the Door!," and "12 Lessons for Beginner Rubber Stampers: Next Stamp Class." Utilizing erasers as her primary carving medium, each stamp is painstakingly etched, stroke by stroke. Her stamp designs often draw inspiration from everyday life, scenic travels and encounters, and cherished interests (such as text, flora, geometry, nature, and architecture). These elements are then deconstructed and reassembled, employing intricate layering of lines and planes, complemented by minimalist primary and secondary lines, foreign text, and everyday symbols to compose the stamp imagery. She enjoys pairing stamps and colors, orchestrating the interplay of solo, collaborative, and repeated impressions from stamps of varying sizes. Many of her graphic designs originate from fragments of her stamps, extended through the art of stamping and arrangement (for instance, on postcards and washi tape).
