**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive punctually at your reserved time. As creations require a certain amount of time to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of the workshop and the rights of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to the event for arrangements. Extensions are valid for up to three months and can only be changed once. Requests for rescheduling or cancellations made within 2 days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
◆ Photos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to the brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the workshop for event documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the event.
◆ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
**【Friendly Reminders】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
(2) Fire will be used during the experience. For safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and wear well-covered shoes. If you have long hair, it is recommended to tie it up. Those with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited space and for safety considerations, accompanying friends who have not registered are not permitted to observe the class.
(4) Multiple participants cannot create a single piece of work.
(5) As designers must prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, and to protect both parties' rights, cancellations made by the consumer for personal reasons more than 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the experience) will incur a 50% service fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the event. Alternatives include transferring the slot to a friend or converting it to a custom order.
**【Experience Course Epidemic Prevention Measures】**
◆ All designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the experience; entry will be denied without one.
◆ Body temperature will be measured before entering the venue. Entry is permitted only if the temperature does not exceed 37.5°C and hands are sanitized with alcohol.
◆ Enhanced ventilation will be provided through air conditioning and by opening doors to ensure fresh air circulation within the studio.
◆ Alcohol will be used for disinfection before and after the activity, with a focus on frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs and tables.
◆ The entire environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each experience.
