▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon ordering, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the activity date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order placement and payment. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue official receipts. If you require an invoice with a company stamp (統編), please provide your company's name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
