Use a soft measuring tape to snugly fit around your wrist or desired wearing area. The number aligned with the '0' mark is your wrist circumference. Adding 1-1.5cm will provide a comfortable fit, either snug or slightly loose. Please measure without pressing too firmly into your skin.
