Please message us to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. 2. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with their original packaging (PP bag + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 3. Items purchased as part of a promotional offer cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return items from a promotional order, please return the entire order and reorder. 4.
