For orders over 80 cards, the standard size is 10.5x14.5cm (with a tolerance of +/- 0.5cm). The final size will depend on the material and production schedule, and one of the above sizes will be used. If you have a specific size in mind, please inform the designer directly for inquiry. // About Packaging // We do not offer complimentary or automatic individual packaging with transparent sleeves. If you require individual OPP transparent sleeves, there will be an additional charge of $0.5 per sleeve. (Please message the designer to request this.) (We hope you will consider alternative ways to present your cards, reducing unnecessary packaging~~) // About Materials // Starting in 2024, we will be using 230gsm Ivory paper. For orders exceeding 80 cards, you may opt for matte film paper (smooth surface, matte finish, highly recommended!). If you desire higher-grade or thicker paper options, please discuss with the designer. // About Color Discrepancy // Screen brightness and color tones vary across different phone displays. Additionally, ink absorption during printing can differ based on the paper type, both of which can result in a color difference of up to 10% compared to the draft you see. This is a normal phenomenon. Please place your order only if you find this acceptable. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color discrepancies. // About Order Timing // Currently, orders are dispatched within approximately 8-13 business days. Special materials, custom sizes, or finishes may add an additional 2 business days. For urgent orders, you may purchase expedited shipping for next-day dispatch ($1000-$1500); within three business days ($800); or within seven business days ($500). (Please consult with the designer first, informing them of the date you need to receive the items, to assess feasibility. Costs may vary based on order volume.)
