How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to comfortably wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then compare it with our size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the ring size at our store after it's made.

• When not wearing your jewelry, please clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this may cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Products]
★ To restore oxidized or tarnished pure silver, gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
Use a polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine of your silver jewelry, making it look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance, used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polishing Liquid
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the polishing liquid for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the liquid and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use a polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine of your silver jewelry, making it look like new.
Important: Do not immerse vintage black-finished jewelry in silver polishing liquid, as it will remove the black finish and reveal the original silver color.

**Classes are available for booking with just one participant.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes to the class date or cancellations must be communicated at least three days prior to the scheduled workshop. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The fee can be transferred to purchase other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are possible (subject to material availability). You may also upgrade to a more expensive style by paying the difference; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to the participant not following instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Your finished piece can be taken home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to the pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may be asked to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Please be responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with safety rules after being advised.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be canceled based on government advisories for public safety. A new date will be arranged.
