【About the Artist】喫茶こぐまや (Kissa Kogumaya)
The artist, Shau Shau, is a Japanese illustrator based in Taiwan, originally from Hokkaido. After adopting a cat at the age of 23, they became a devoted cat lover. Their deep affection for felines inspires their art, with a particular fondness for capturing cats' movements and expressions. Moving to Taiwan in 2017, they finally welcomed a cat into their home in late 2021, finding immense joy in their daily feline companionship.
