Lay the tape measure or string flat and measure its length. We will use this measurement to calculate the appropriate size for you during production (please do not add any extra slack for wearing). For instance, the calculation for elastic bracelets (+1-1.5cm) differs slightly from that of clasp bracelets (+1.5-2cm). The simplest method is to place them in sunlight (or moonlight) for two hours. All items will undergo an energy purification before shipping. * It is recommended to remove jewelry before showering, hot springs, or swimming in the sea to prevent damage. * Occasionally, elastic cords may become exposed or tangled due to curling. You can gently pull and adjust with both hands, then roll each bead on the bracelet a few times. In most cases, this will restore its smoothness. * For items containing metal, when not worn for extended periods, it is advisable to store them in a resealable bag to minimize oxidation. * The natural darkening of brass and sterling silver is normal and can be restored with a polishing cloth. * Natural brass can be polished to a shine using a damp cotton cloth with lemon juice or vinegar. If the item is made of composite materials, such as wood or natural pearls, avoid these areas. Use a cotton swab or a small toothbrush for localized treatment.
