Keep frequently used cards in the front slots, and store less-used cards in the large pocket (holds over 10 cards). With a transparent pocket, it’s also convenient for your driver's license or transit pass. Personally, I keep credit cards in the slits and store business cards, as well as cards for hospitals, banks, and select shops, in the large pocket.
