During the complimentary warranty period, ARTISIMI will offer an exchange or free repair for damages incurred under normal use, determined to be quality-related issues. For non-quality related issues, a labor fee will be charged. Consumers are responsible for sharing the costs associated with jewelry repair; this includes costs for lost components, damages under specific conditions, or any other potential repair needs. a. Gem-grade zircons under 1 carat will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. Gem-grade zircons over 1 carat will incur a material fee. b. If pearls detach but the pin remains intact, and the original pearls are available, repair is free of charge. c. If the pin breaks (lodged within the pearl) or pearls are lost, a fee will be charged for pearl materials and labor. 3. For repairs requested more than three months after the purchase date due to natural wear and tear, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the circumstances. Fees for gemstones and pearls are additional. The company reserves the right to refuse repair services. 4.
