♦ Fee includes instruction, materials, on-site tool usage, and venue.
♦ Due to the need for advance material preparation and scheduling:
1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class date are eligible for a refund, with a 30% processing fee (based on the order amount) deducted from the workshop fee.
2. Cancellations within 5 days of the class date are non-refundable. Materials will be mailed via registered post.
3. If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
4. To ensure quality instruction and a positive experience for all participants, please arrive on time. Seating is limited, so please do not bring companions or pets.
5. Refreshments are provided; please refrain from bringing outside food.
6. No tools are required; simply bring a joyful spirit to the class! :)
