During the Edo period, goldfish purchased from street vendors were kept in glass bowls called "kingyo-dama" (goldfish bowls), which were then hung from eaves to be enjoyed.
We have recreated these goldfish bowls as miniature accessories for your ears.
14mm glass beads delicately dangle from your ear.
To accentuate the vibrant colors of the goldfish, they are not colored in a single shade, but rather in multiple layers to create a beautiful gradient.
To capture the texture of their scales, the underside of the fish is painted with gold pearl, shimmering subtly with every turn.
The fins are crafted to be exquisitely thin and translucent, with fine lines meticulously hand-painted one by one.
We pay special attention to the endearing faces of our goldfish.
With eyes as fine as a pen tip, we've depicted a lifelike gaze by adding not just black and white, but also a faint outer rim to the sclera, giving them a distinct presence despite their small size.

○ As each item is handmade, there may be slight individual differences compared to the product photos.
While we strive to create each piece as close to the photos as possible, each goldfish is sculpted without a mold, and its small eyes and fins are hand-painted, meaning no two are exactly alike in size or facial expression.
The aquatic plants are also individually encased within the glass beads, so their quantity and shape will vary from piece to piece.
We hope you will enjoy the unique encounter with your own special goldfish.
○ As these items are made of glass, they may break if subjected to impact.
(The water inside is solidified, so there is no risk of leakage.)
○ The cap and glass bead are securely bonded with a high-performance adhesive that is resistant to water and impact. However, excessive pulling may cause them to detach. Please handle them with care.
