We will do our best to avoid them during production. │ Leather Characteristics │ • Natural color variations between batches are normal. Vegetable-tanned leather will deepen in color with use, developing a beautiful caramel hue over time. • Like human skin, natural leather has pores and will absorb water. Faint watermarks after air-drying are natural. The piece will be treated with maintenance oil upon completion to reduce moisture absorption or staining. • Avoid prolonged exposure to water. If accidentally wet, let it air dry in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight. • Light dirt can be gently wiped with a clean cotton cloth. Deep oil stains are difficult to remove and will fade over time, so please use with care and a relaxed attitude! │ Leather Dyeing │ • This series retains the unique character of hand-dyed brushstrokes. We've carefully tested colors to achieve our most satisfying shades and ratios, making each piece one-of-a-kind. • Dyed products will not fade with normal use, but vegetable-tanned cowhide will naturally lose some color saturation over time. • Undyed leather is close to beige and will deepen in color and develop marks based on individual use and habits, like a diary recording our life stories. │ Leather Care │ • Frequent use is the best form of care, allowing the oils from your hands to nourish the leather. If the edges feel dry, you can apply leather maintenance oil. • Store in a dry place. You can stuff it with clean white cotton cloth or old clothing to prevent deformation from pressure.
