However, with the increasing heat in recent years, prolonged low-temperature air conditioning not only results in shocking electricity bills but also worries parents about their child's health. Most commercially available cooling bedding are "instant cooling blankets" that feel cool at first touch but quickly retain heat, making it difficult to stay cool all night. We decided to transform "continuous cooling, high breathability, quick-drying, antibacterial properties, and textured patterns" into an everyday comfortable experience. The contact surface is made with WINCOOL® mineral cooling nylon yarn, infused with "six types of composite mineral powders from the Central Mountain Range" during the spinning stage. This material absorbs heat slowly and dissipates it quickly, providing a permanent cooling effect. The surface uses colored polyester yarns to enhance aesthetic appeal. Then, a "double-sided jacquard knitting machine" is used to create a highly breathable fabric with a three-dimensional structure. Finally, the contact surface undergoes a "sputtering process" for long-lasting antibacterial and antiviral functions.
