We cherish its relaxed, natural appearance that allows you to enjoy "aging" rather than "deterioration." Because we use shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which can look like "fraying." These are unavoidable with the old machinery. While we strive to minimize these flaws through thorough factory inspections and careful fabric cutting, and by using them in inconspicuous areas when found, they cannot be entirely eliminated due to the nature of the machinery.
