Production will be started after receiving the order, which will take about 8~14 working days (excluding holidays).
Drawing process
1. The painter will confirm with you which photo to draw.
2. The draft is completed for your confirmation.
3. After the draft is confirmed, start drawing the finished product.
4. Complete > Delivery

● Draft and line draft revisions are limited to one time.
● Drafts and line drafts are confirmed. If they are not received within 3 days, they are deemed to have been confirmed. The designer will draw the next step.

●This product is a custom-made product, so it will not be returned or exchanged.
● Each painting will be accompanied by a designer signature in principle.
