Returns are not accepted for shipped items (custom-made products are exempt from the standard 7-day return policy). - Depending on the season, availability, and import factors of the flowers, the designer reserves the right to make adjustments to the floral arrangement, provided the overall aesthetic of the piece remains unaffected. - Preserved flowers are artificially colored (as are some dried flowers), and slight color variations are unavoidable. While we take utmost care in protecting and packaging your order before shipment, minor shedding during transit is normal and should be expected. * Care Instructions - Absolutely do not water. - Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. Place in a dry environment to prolong the lifespan and preserve the color of the flowers. - Dried flowers are naturally air-dried fresh blooms. Colors will gradually fade over time, and the materials themselves may naturally weather and shed, which is a normal occurrence. - Preserved flowers are artificially colored. Maintain the ambient humidity below 60%. It is advisable to avoid placing them directly against walls, curtains, or clothing to prevent any color transfer. - If dust accumulates, gently brush it off with a soft brush or use the cool setting on a hairdryer to blow away any dust.
