The formula of this Cement is the best we have tried several times. The best solution after hundreds of combinations can be called a lesson in blood and tears (laughing). I hope everyone can learn about Cement, an interesting material, in a simple and easy-to-use way. Calculated in terms of weight ratio, the ratio of Cement powder to water is: 100g:23-25g. After weighing the two, place them in two containers respectively. Pour the Cement powder into the water container slowly in 2-3 times, evenly. After mixing, slowly pour it into the mold. The mold can be vibrated quickly and frequently to eliminate foam. It can be quickly demoulded in about 90-150 minutes depending on the shape. The Cement on the wall of the container must also be scraped off and stirred evenly. If the stirring is uneven, it will be like using ice. When brewing coffee with water, a lump of powder will be wrapped in Cement slurry, so there should be a little pressing action when stirring. ●After the mixing is completed, you can dip a watercolor pen into a little Cement mortar and apply it to fill the details of the mold, which can effectively reduce air bubbles. ●This Cement has the characteristics of rapid solidification, so the operation time should not be too long. The thicker the slurry, the more difficult it will be to defoam. ●The greater the amount of water, the weaker the strength of the finished product will be and the longer the solidification time will be. ●The aggregates of this Cement powder formula are relatively small, and the finished product is not recommended to be used as a plant pot. ●How to know how much material needs to be weighed for the mold to be filled: 1. Place the mold on the scale and weigh it 2. Fill the mold with clean water 3. The weight of the water is the "volume" of the finished product to be poured 4. The volume*1.8 = Required weight of "powder" 5. Weight of powder*0.23-0.25 = amount of water required for stirring.
