Gently slide the ear cuff onto the thinner part of the upper ear, moving downwards. If it doesn't fit, slightly widen the opening. 2. Once slid to your desired position, gently tug to ensure it's secure. If it feels loose, gradually narrow the opening to adjust. 3. Once adjusted to your perfect fit, you can put it on and take it off without needing to readjust the opening each time. Once you get the hang of it, wearing and removing it is simple.
