Natural crystals may exhibit slight internal fractures, mineral inclusions, or cloudiness (most have been carefully selected to minimize these imperfections). The cost for restringing is $100 per cord (you can send it to me, or I can provide a video guide for you to restring it yourself). I've been using mine for over two years without any issues with the cord 🥰 However, this depends on individual usage habits. If it does break, it won't shatter completely because I use multiple strands for the knot. Restringing costs around $200. If it comes into contact with water, remember to dry it off ✨.
