(Note: During holidays, shipping volume is high, so exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed!) ③ Designer production and shipping (approx. **7~10 days for arrival**). **III. Image Guidelines** ① Please provide a photo with clear facial features and a front-facing view (side profiles are not recommended). You may provide multiple photos for the designer to choose from. ② Resolution should be greater than 1920 x 1080 px. ③ If the photo contains more than one person, please clearly circle the person to be made. Due to production limitations, we cannot make two people on a single cookie. ④ Click "Contact Designer" on the product page → "Choose File" to upload. You can provide real photos or caricature/chibi style photos; production will follow the style of the photo provided. **IV. Storage** Cookies contain no preservatives. They can be stored at room temperature for three weeks (refer to the expiration date on the package). Please keep in a cool, dry place; no refrigeration needed. For the best flavor, we recommend consuming within two weeks of arrival. **V. Important Notes** 1.
