- Entry will be permitted 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time.
- Filming and recording during the workshop may be used for future course promotion. If you have any concerns, please inform us upon registration, and the organizers will take special care.
Regarding Refunds:

- If the minimum number of participants is not met after registration, you may choose to postpone your participation or receive a full refund.
- Participants who cancel due to personal reasons within five days or are no-shows on the day will be considered to have forfeited their participation, and no refund or transfer will be issued.
- In case of event cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a new date.
- If you are late and unable to participate fully in the workshop due to personal reasons, the instructor will complete the creation on your behalf that day.
