ヘヘOpen the door·See the mountain ペヘ
When trying to combine the two themes of mountains and New Year, I thought why not show the mountaineer as a door god. In addition to guarding the door, he can also be a competent conservation guardian!
The representative animal guarded by the climbers on the left is the yellow-throated marten (it looks cute but is said to be unkind when it is fierce); the representative animal guarded by the hikers on the right is the Taiwanese black bear (I won’t go into details about how cute it is).
The highlight of the picture is that on the Nanhu Mountain behind the hiker on the right, there is a sambar deer looking towards the camera🦌.
Let me introduce the mountains in the background: (left) Central Jianshan; (right) Nanhu Mountain. They are two hundred mountains that are particularly deep in my heart.
(When I climbed Nanhu Mountain and looked at the central peak next door, I was deeply shocked by the magnificence of the towering mountain shape)
The content of the text is to imagine that if you open the door and there is a mountain in front of you, you can feel peaceful inside. An alternative romantic interpretation of wanting to be next to the mountain?
The calligraphy fonts were selected after several brush strokes by elders who had been practicing calligraphy for decades. (I kept asking for mountains and natural brushwork on the side, thank you for your hard work!)
Paper material: 105p postmodern, one of Japan’s high-end clear-coated art papers.
Single Spring Festival couplet size: 18cm * 28cm, there are two types in a set. (Open-door and straight-to-the-point models)
