Suggested appointment time for courses:
There are five time slots every day, 11:00 in the morning, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30 in the afternoon, and 19:30 in the evening. Only a limited number of people can be accepted in a day. Please be sure to contact the design hall to confirm the appointment Time to buy tickets.

In order for everyone to experience the craftsmanship safely, the space has public accident liability insurance, so that students can learn more comfortably and use small class teaching. If you need a multi-person course, you can private message the station mailbox.

1. Designers must prepare materials in advance. In order to protect the rights and interests of designers, if the ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged, and the ticket will not be refunded within 7 days before the event.
2. If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer first, confirm the refund and then re-purchase the ticket.
3. Due to technical difficulty and safety, only those who are over 12 years old can sign up for this activity (if you are under 12 years old, please write to inquire).
4. Only ticket buyers are allowed to participate in the seat, and those who have not bought tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
5. Admission is open 10 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund. .
6. Due to personal negligence in the process, the materials are made wrong or damaged, and the materials need to be purchased again before the production can continue.
7. If the class is suspended due to natural disasters and other force majeure factors, the workshop will take the initiative to contact to postpone or refund. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by Hualien City where the event is held will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
9. The experience class will have a side shot of the activity, which will be uploaded to the brand page of [Winwing 奇思天开 Creative Design Workshop] after the class. In the future, photos and videos containing your portrait may be used for event records or other enrollment channel promotion purposes. You can download the event photos yourself. If you do not want to be photographed, you can take the initiative to inform at the event site, and you will avoid it.
