💖 How to register for the event ▼ After registering, please wait for the organizer to review your application. Please confirm that your email address is correct when registering. ▼ After the review is passed, a [Payment Notice] will be sent to your email address. If the payment is not made within 3 days, your registration will be cancelled. ▼ After completing the payment, a [Pre-departure Notice] will be sent to your email address 3 days before the event. ▼ If you have not received a [Payment Notice] or [Pre-departure Notice], please write or call us to inquire. ▼ If you are unable to attend the event, please inform us by phone. Those who are absent without reason will be blacklisted. 💖 Security ● Before the event, the male's work ID or employment certificate will be checked to confirm his/her identity. During the event, the ID card will be checked to confirm single status. (Real-name verification system) ● When registering, you can indicate in the remarks column who you do not want to meet (e.g. colleagues) and we will help you avoid the same event. ● When participating in an event, you can use a nickname to maintain your privacy. (Participation is anonymous) ● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy. ● If you find that the other party has engaged in harassment or other inappropriate behavior after the event, inform the organizer. If verified to be true, the other party will be blacklisted and will never be allowed to participate in the event again. 💖 Notes 1. When registering at the event site, your ID will be checked. If you do not bring your ID or it is discovered that you are not your real self or are not single, you will be deemed to have forfeited your right to participate in the event and will not be eligible to request a refund of your registration fee. 2. Cancellation method: ▼ If you cancel your reservation 7 days before the event (excluding the event day), 90% of the paid amount will be refunded. ▼ If you cancel your reservation 6 to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. ▼ Cancellations will not be accepted from 3 days before the event day to the event day, and no refunds will be given. ▼ If you cancel your participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given. ▼ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund. ▼ If the event is cancelled due to reasons at the organizer's discretion, a full refund will be given. 3. Change of date or other activities ▼ You can change the date or other activities up to 4 days before the event date (excluding the event date). However, you can only change once. ▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or other activities, the excess fee will be refunded and the shortfall will be supplemented. ▼ Cancellation will not be accepted after the date is changed or other activities are postponed. ▼ Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the event date to the event date. 4. The event fee includes a 3-hour event, desserts, drinks, an event host, and a chance to win movie tickets for two if the match is successful. 5. An electronic invoice will be sent to your email address after the event. Winning invoice winners will be notified separately. If you require a triplicate invoice, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section when registering.
