A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it is most likely due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sterilize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells may easily reject metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear allergies can stem from many causes, and the ear post material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" at a hospital, which may involve a significant out-of-pocket expense, to clarify the cause and protect the rights of both parties.
