Because we use shuttle looms that are over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections" may appear, which might look like "fraying" at first glance. These are unavoidable with the use of old machinery. However, in addition to thorough inspections at the factory, we make efforts to avoid them during fabric cutting and use them in inconspicuous areas if found. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the machinery, it's impossible to eliminate them completely.
