How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the intended finger comfortably.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at the store after completion.

• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Accessories]
★ To restore oxidized or blackened sterling silver, gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a towel or a hairdryer.
Use with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver jewelry look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance, used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polishing Liquid
1. Dip the silver jewelry into the silver polishing liquid for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the liquid and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a towel or a hairdryer.
4. Use with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver jewelry look like new.
Important: Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish in silver polishing liquid, as it will revert to its original silver color.

**Classes start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect everyone's rights, any changes to the schedule or cancellations must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed class date. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your booking may be transferred to another product or class.
● Samples are available in-store for trying on. You may exchange your chosen style for another of equal value (subject to availability of materials). Upgrades to a higher-priced item are possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece cannot be remedied due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly based on the complexity of the chosen style. You can take your creation home the same day.
**★ Due to the current pandemic, masks are mandatory for entry.**
★ During the class, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other severe weather conditions on your scheduled class day, classes will be postponed based on government directives for safety. A new class date will be arranged.
