Colors may appear differently under various lighting conditions; the actual product is the standard. 4. The product containers are made of glass and should be protected from strong impacts and pressure. 5. Although the seals are made as airtight as possible during production, alcohol may naturally evaporate over time. You can add 95% alcohol (higher concentration results in clearer liquid) or distilled water (higher concentration results in more crystals) yourself. Alternatively, you can return the item with a self-addressed stamped envelope, and we will restore it (labor fees apply separately). 6. Photos will be provided for confirmation of color and crystals before shipping. However, due to shaking during transit, the feather-like crystals may break. Therefore, after receiving the item, please let the weather bottle sit undisturbed for a week to stabilize the crystals. (Crystal formations are related to non-human factors such as weather, time, and temperature. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after sale.)
