TAPANI: 3952 Laoshanyang - Named after the ancient place name of Yuqing, Tainan, Taiwan, this is a high-quality basic model for writing. The pen body is made of carefully selected South American green sandalwood (raw wood style). The wood, which is yellowish-brown, will gradually turn greener with use, exposure to air, and sunlight. It features unique pores and natural grain patterns, shipped randomly in high quality. The pen features a flame-pattern engraved airtight cap, with grey chrome plating and accessories, and an elastic spring clip design, engraved with the 3952 brand logo. The nib is a German Bock #180 (#5) small standard titanium nib, hand-ground and adjusted by Laoshanyang artisans into a calligraphy nib. After a period of adaptation, use the converter for inking. 2. The calligraphy nib is an EF nib ground and adjusted into a curved shape. Line variation is achieved not by pressing down on the nib, but by the angle of your grip. When held upright, the contact area between the nib and the paper is small, resulting in thin lines. The more the pen is tilted or slight pressure is applied, the larger the contact area, producing thicker lines. Achieving varying line widths depends on your skill (each nib has a certain pressure tolerance; avoid excessive force to prevent damage or misalignment.
