Electronic draft files will not be provided. - Different paper types will result in varying visual effects for print. If you have a specific paper preference, please inquire before purchasing. - Illustration creation typically takes around 10 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). We will inform you of the estimated delivery time based on our current order queue and drawing complexity. - We will provide a preliminary line sketch with a watermark. Minor revisions are free of charge within 7 working days after the initial draft is provided. - Illustrations are based on reference photos (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). If you have specific modification requests, please inquire before purchasing if they are feasible. - After production begins, significant changes to the original reference photo, complex modifications, or post-coloring changes (e.g., altering facial features, changing reference photos, switching outfits, modifying poses, adding parts not visible in the photo) will incur an additional fee. - If, after production starts, you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos, this will be considered a new order and requires separate purchase, as it falls outside the scope of the original order. - No modifications can be made after printing has commenced. - As these are custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, and cash-on-delivery is not available. - Finished products may be displayed publicly. If you wish to keep your product confidential, please inform us before purchasing. - Finished products will include a small signature from the designer.
