| Important Registration Notes | 🔎
1. If you are certain you cannot attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot or reschedule once up to 3 days before the class (for a session within the next 3 months). Alternatively, a refund can be processed with a 30% service fee deducted from the course fee.
2. On the day of the class, as time, space, and materials have been reserved, and to ensure the rights of other participants, "No-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class right, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible."
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis or illness preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical documentation (e.g., rapid test, PCR results) and notify us via message to discuss alternative arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain the quality of the class and the rights of other students, "Only ticket holders are permitted to attend. Companions are not allowed to join the session."
5. In the event of weather or other force majeure circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos of your likeness taken during the event to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us on-site.
