1. We have to prepare materials for you before your experience, so within the first five days of the experience, no returns or exchanges will be accepted! 2. For online experience, finished product packaging is not provided. 3. Online experience, if you do not tell us the fragrance you choose, it will be deemed as choosing an unscented candle. 4. Intellectual property rights of experience activities (including but not limited to physical or online, etc.), please do not forward without consent. 5. If there is any missing part of the material package for online experience, please write to us within three days of receiving the material package, and we will make up for you as soon as possible, and the freight will be borne by us. 6. If due to natural disasters, accidents and other force majeure factors (such as: epidemic situation, weather, etc.), the delivery time of the online experience material package will be extended. Please wait patiently. The online video course can be watched unlimitedly within 60 days. 7. If the online video experience or physical experience cannot be held as scheduled due to natural disasters, accidents or other force majeure factors, we will postpone or refund according to the situation. 8. At the moment when the online experience is being held, if it is due to the circumstances of the students (including but not limited to the temporary leave of the students, incomplete tools that need to be prepared by the students, etc.), the experience (including graphic, audio-visual, video teaching, etc.) cannot continue or cancel, we will not refund, and students have no objection. 9. For experience activities (including but not limited to physical and online), we may take photos of the experience process and use them in our social media accounts or other marketing activities. If you don't want to be photographed, you can tell us in the note before the experience, we will pay attention not to photograph you. 10. It is recommended not to wear white or lotus leaf sleeve clothes, so as not to get dirty and not clean! 11. For other unspecified regulations, the government regulations shall prevail, such as: wearing masks indoors, real-name system, temperature measurement and disinfection, etc. for epidemic prevention. 12. After the experience course is over, before igniting the works, please read the precautions of the story of the design hall first!
