To clarify, size 0-3 months is for 3-months baby. I recommend Newborn size for coming home outfit. You can fold the waistband higher or lower, and the baby will wear pants longer. You can also tie a knot on the hat above or below.
Harem pants are roomy in the hips and narrow legs. Pants in sizes 18 months - 3T are with elastic in waistband.
The drawstring can be different color, natural or matching and same as outfit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS. Wash separately in cool or warm water inside out on a gentle/delicate cycle. Machine wash in laundry bag. Do not bleach. Do not iron an embroidery, turn the item inside out and iron neatly.
