Change the water approximately every two days. When changing the water, you can also trim the stems. Each time, cut the stems diagonally by 1-2cm to maintain good water absorption. As you tend to the flowers, sequentially remove any wilted leaves or blooms. Flowers with shortened stems after trimming can also be placed in small glass cups or jam jars for enjoyment. To extend the vase life of your flowers, you can add flower food, a small amount of bleach (less than 1ml per 200ml of water), or a copper coin. ■ Placement Please place in a cool, shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight and air conditioner drafts, to prolong the life of your fresh flowers. ■ Order Modifications and Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days before the scheduled delivery date (e.g., for an order scheduled for June 8th delivery, please inform us by 12:00 PM on June 3rd). Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated for order modification or refunds. We appreciate your understanding. In the event of insufficient stock for a particular vase, a similar style vase will be substituted. We apologize for any inconvenience. ■ Floral Materials and Design Each fresh flower is unique in its natural state; the actual floral gift may differ slightly from the photo. The vase life of fresh flowers is approximately 5-10 days, which may vary depending on the variety and environment. Please provide appropriate care based on your environment to extend the blooming period. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable products. Minor damage or scratches may occur during production and delivery. Slight imperfections are within acceptable range, and we appreciate your understanding. Due to fluctuations in floral supply, if a specific flower is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar variety to ensure the integrity and aesthetic of the design. Substitutions will not be notified in advance. ■ Card and Care Guide We offer a card printing service. Please fill in your message content during checkout. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you don't have to worry about how to care for your flowers. ■ Delivery Method For areas near Shuangbei (Taipei & New Taipei City): Same-day delivery via Lalamove courier. For farther areas within Shuangbei and other counties/cities: Shipped the day before delivery via Black Cat Express (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be specified; delivery will be arranged based on the driver's route. Customers are advised to schedule delivery for an earlier date). ■ Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure you provide the correct recipient name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery.
