Unlike synthetic or patent leathers that appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within our range, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this if you are concerned. The final product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop its own unique patina, showing scratches and gaining a richer luster, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption rates. Colors will not be identical between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made-to-order as a **customized item**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in your order notes. If no specifications are provided during ordering, you agree to allow the designer to select the stitching color and leave the embossing area blank. As each order is **customized**, it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed.) Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our customized products are not eligible for an appreciation period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
