▪︎Customization time: Delivery within 10-30 days from receiving materials.
▪︎The product is customized, it is impossible for every fetal hair bead and color to be exactly the same.
▪︎It is normal for bubbles to form during the production process of resin beads.
▪︎The umbilical cord will be trimmed to the appropriate size and inserted, and any remaining materials will be returned.
▪︎It is normal for the resin beads to wear, fog, and turn yellow due to contact with sweat, air, lotion, etc.
▪︎Pearl powder will be added to breast milk beads to improve the overall texture and glossiness of the breast milk beads. If pearl powder is not added, please make a note when placing an order.

▪︎It is okay for jewelry to come into contact with water on a daily basis, but it is recommended to take it off after bathing. Please wipe it dry after contact with water. It is strictly forbidden to wear it when contacting sea water, soaking in hot springs, or swimming.

▪︎Gold jewelry is made of 18k gold unless otherwise noted.
