Store in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture buildup. ◆ The surface finish is a natural, non-toxic beeswax balm, preserving the wood's natural pores and texture. ◆ Given the wood's relatively soft nature, avoid heavy impact actions like chopping; it is suitable for tasks such as slicing vegetables or sashimi. ◆ Do not place in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in environments with high humidity or temperature. When using a cleaning cloth, ensure all excess water is squeezed out. ◆ Avoid prolonged storage of strongly flavored foods.
