・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering. ・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Simply arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent. ・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list. ・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows: * In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows: A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded. C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded. * Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund. * On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted due to material preparation and venue arrangements. No-shows will be considered forfeiture. * To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and forfeit their participation. * For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event. ・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please contact the venue in advance for such exceptions. ・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. ・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late. ・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This class includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea. ・Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund. ・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities in the future. ・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
