For nearby areas in Taipei and New Taipei, delivery will be via Lalamove on the same day. For further areas in Taipei and New Taipei, and other cities, delivery will be via Black Cat Express the day before (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be specified). Please ensure you provide the recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient's absence, or inability to be contacted, we will not accept returns or refunds, and the ordering party will be responsible for return shipping costs.
