Cancellation method:
If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
Cancellations will not be accepted between 3 days and the same day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before departure, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to let us know the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
How to change the date:
The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change is limited to one time only, and is limited to activities of the same organizer.
If there is a price difference after the change, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up.
Events that have been rescheduled cannot be canceled.
Date changes are not accepted within 3 days to the day of departure.
If you need to reschedule within 3 days before departure, you can transfer the quota. But please be sure to let us know the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
