In our studio, all products are custom-made and will only be produced after payment is completed.
Small leather goods are shipped in 3 to 21 days, and large leather goods are shipped in about 40 days. (If it is urgent and is used as a gift, please ask the designer before purchasing)
Things to note:
1. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for customized products. Leather is a natural material and it is normal to have natural texture on the surface. Unless the buckle hardware is damaged, it can be replaced or repaired.
