Our workshops offer a diverse selection of colors and flower types for you to choose from, going beyond simple replication of samples. You can select your preferred colors, floral materials, wrapping, or containers. The workshop fee includes the vase, materials, and tuition. No tools are needed; all will be provided by the studio for use on-site.

1. In support of environmental protection, please bring your own reusable bag to the workshop.
2. Please arrive on time for your registered workshop. If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance.
3. Refund Policy:
◆ For no-shows without prior notice, a 50% material fee will be deducted from the refund.
◆ Cancellations made within three days of the workshop will incur a deduction of the material fee, with the remainder refunded.
◆ Cancellations made four or more days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.
4. In cases of refunds or workshop cancellations, Hua Cao You Xi (Flower & Grass Games) will handle all invoice adjustment procedures.
5. Hua Cao You Xi (Flower & Grass Games) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this event.
**《 Preservation Instructions 》**
◎ To prevent staining or sticking, avoid contact between the floral elements and clothing, walls, wooden cabinets, or painted wooden furniture.
◎ If the flowers accumulate dust, gently blow them clean with an air blower or the cool setting of a hairdryer.
◎ Please place the arrangement in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
◎ Avoid placing it in dark, damp locations, as this can lead to mold.
◎ With proper care, the arrangement can last for over 12 months. Natural fading and color changes over time are normal.
