Please send the required date & photos through Pinkoi message "Contact Designer" before placing an order (Clear wedding photos are preferred. Face cuts/selfies are not acceptable.) 2. Confirm that the style is OK and choose the existing style you like to match 3. Place the order and start drawing after payment (1 week) 4. Confirm the artwork (three free fine-tuning revisions will be provided, and if more than that, a fee will be charged depending on the extent of the revision) 5. Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day trial period. 2. 10% color difference in printing is within the normal range, and there may be a little color difference in the same batch. 3. Occasionally, there are some tiny spots on the printed product. 4. When digital printing is used to print large areas of color blocks in the same batch, there may be slight changes in depth and unevenness. 5. Due to the characteristics of paper and production factors, it is normal for paper products to have uneven surface curvature and indentations. 6. It is normal if the product has some indentations after long-distance transportation. 7. There may be a normal and reasonable error of 2-3 mm in cutting. 8.
