・Registration is confirmed upon successful payment.
・A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed on the day of the class. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
・Should you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons, please send a private message to Hao Si Flower Art's official LINE account (@igc8211f) at least one day before the class to discuss rescheduling. A one-time postponement is permitted.
・If Hao Si Flower Art Studio is unable to conduct the class as scheduled due to force majeure and cannot reach an agreement with the student on a new date, a full refund will be provided.
・Each class is estimated to last 2-3 hours, varying with the complexity of the piece. It is advisable not to schedule subsequent activities too tightly.
・Dried and preserved flowers are natural materials, exhibiting variations in color, texture, and size. These natural differences are precisely what lend them their unique charm and are not considered flaws. The process of free creation ensures that each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be an exact replica of the instructor's example.
・During the class, the instructor will assist in taking photos of the creation process and the finished arrangement (if you are camera-shy, please inform us in advance if you prefer not to be photographed). These images may be used for future brand promotion.
・Preserved flowers should be kept in a dry, well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, and can last for 1-3 years.
